Time Lapse and Drone for Construction

The A421 between Bedford and Milton Keynes is in the process of becoming a dual carriageway with the works set to take over a year. A couple of weeks ago the road was closed for the weekend for a bridge demolition which we covered for almost 48 hours continuously with time lapse and drone filming.

To cover a job like this the team has to have the right health and safety equipment and knowledge as well as a full range of equipment to cover a job like this. When we're out on location it can often mean we have no electricity to charge batteries, we have countless back up's but sometimes it's never enough, particularly when we are shooting day and night without a break. Fortunately for jobs like this we have portable generators to keep the cameras ticking over which is another piece of equipment that has to meet strict health and safety laws.
